I am a 30-year-old woman who suffers from Fibromyalgia. After having tried several different courses of treatment I decided to give acupuncture a try. After my first session I slept significantly better. I have only been treated for about 4 weeks but I can noticeably see the difference and the changes throughout my body.

My pain has decreased, my sleep has improved, I have been able to, resume some of the activities I enjoyed pre-fibromyalgia. My body has reacted to the treatments very quickly, which may not be the case for everyone. For me acupuncture has been amazing! It is the first treatment that has improved my condition significantly and a treatment I will continue and recommend to anyone.
I am a 51 year old female, who has suffered from Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Neuropathy and Diabetes, for several years. “cupping” 1 thought “fishbowl on my back … whatever”. That night was the first night that I slept through the night in at least 20 yrs! My life had been full of pain, fatigue and discomfort. I have seen many Doctor and have taken several type of medicine. I followed the next visit with great relief and even began getting some of the feeling back in my feet from the neuropathy. That hasn’t happened in at least 5 yrs!

My day would be filled with me trying to run a household, hold a full time job and trying to raise a family. Trying to do all of these things without thinking of the horrible pain I felt with each simple task I tried to do. With each visit, I noticed more and more of an improvement. Slowly my raging pain that riddled my body became a mild “Toothache feeling” throughout. That began to develop into a mild ache.
I had to finally resort to getting a cleaning service to do my weekly cleaning. I also used a deliver service for groceries.

Even a mobile dog groomer for the care of my 2 dog. My sleeping pattern became a normal pattern. I was never able to stay asleep for more than 4 hrs. I now wake up after 8! I can also fall back to sleep if woken up, something I never could do. My last flare up had me out of work for 2 weeks. I saw my Doctor who only increased my medication, something that I didn’t want to do. I was trying to stop medications, not increase the already high amount of pills being popped every morning.

I now have been doing treatments 3 times a week for 3 weeks and I can honestly say that it is the best thing I could have done. I only wish I did this years ago. I was in a desperate state and needed some relief. I knew someone who used Acupuncture to help with a back problem. I called my insurance company and reached for an Acupuncturist in my plan. I have at least 75% of the feeling back in my feet. Which is wonderful since I am on my feet all day at work. I came here not really knowing what I was in for. My first visit Cathy did I recommend Acupuncture for anyone with pain, fatigue or whatever problem you may have.
